EMG’s best-selling passive humbucker pickup for electric guitar that combines the power of an active 81 humbucker with functionality of a passive PAF pickup, and produces high-output and a well-balanced tone with tight bass response, glassy mid-range and crunchy highs. It utilizes over-wound coils loaded with ceramic bar magnets that are fully shielded to reduce noise. This pickup is often used in the bridge positions where it provides an excellent range, responsiveness and sweet harmonics.
