Custom overwound PAF-like humbucker pickup with moderate output that is perfectly voiced for supreme blues, rock, and metal clarity. It uses a small ceramic magnet and custom wound coils to deliver great responsiveness while maintaining clarity for big chords. It has a bright upper-midrange, which helps the notes jump out when playing clean, and provides great harmonic content when playing with gain. Pickup has a bright, airy, and focused drive, making it a great choice for warmer guitars with a prominent midrange. It is hand built in Santa Barbara and uses a small ceramic bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal-free performance.
